Is this coaching or hands-on consulting?
Both, depending on what you need. We'll give you the plan and the outside perspective, and we'll roll up our sleeves to help implement it rather than leaving you with a report and a handshake.
How is this different from business coaching?
Growth consulting is focused specifically on commercial performance — pricing, margins, sales and the mechanics of profitable growth. Business coaching is broader and more about you as an owner-operator: focus, accountability and leadership. Many clients do both.
Do I need my financials in good shape first?
Not perfect, but the more visibility we have the faster we can help. If your numbers are a mess, sorting that out is often the first valuable thing we do together.
