One platform. One login. Built in Australia.
Manufacturing Growth Hub is one platform for quality, safety, documents, people, performance and tenders — built in Australia, for Australian manufacturers, by the people who implement ISO for a living.
Australian owned · Data hosted in Sydney · Built for fabrication, engineering and process manufacturing
One login. One database. Your customers, suppliers and employees are entered once and read everywhere.
Procedures live on a shared drive nobody trusts. Corrective actions die in someone's inbox. The training matrix gets rebuilt by hand every year. The evidence exists — it's just scattered across twelve places and three people's heads.
A printed SOP from 2023 is still taped to the machine. Nobody knows which version is current, and the auditor finds it before you do.
The corrective action was agreed in a meeting six weeks ago. No one was named, nothing was diarised, and it will surface again as a repeat non-conformance.
A forklift licence lapsed in March. You'll find out when someone gets hurt, or when the auditor asks for evidence of competence.
The reason most QMS software fails is that it sits beside the real work. Nobody opens it, so nobody updates it, so it's wrong, so nobody opens it.
Manufacturing Growth Hub puts the register the shop floor actually needs — the job, the ITP, the SDS, the hazard report, the leave form — in the same place as the ISO paperwork. People use it because it's useful. The compliance record fills itself in behind them.
Most of it is included in the base subscription. Add what you need when you need it.

Add-on Explore Tender HubThe Foreman reads your own documents, your own registers and your own house terminology. Ask it what's outstanding, what an auditor would pick up, or simply how to raise a non-conformance, and it walks you through your screen.
It turns up on its own, too: a nightly watch, a weekly brief for admins, and a personal note listing only the actions and KPIs you own.
You: What's outstanding on our ISO implementation?
Foreman: You're at gate 4 of 6. Nine items are open — five sit with you, four sit with MGH. The oldest of yours is the calibration schedule, 23 days. The oldest of ours is the internal audit programme, 11 days. My recommendation: close the calibration schedule this week; it's blocking the gate.
Illustrative example.
ISO 14001:2026 published in April. ISO 9001:2026 publishes in September, and you have three years to transition. Climate, quality culture, psychosocial factors, organisational knowledge, opportunities as a discipline in their own right — these are requirements with nowhere to sit in a document library.
They already have a home here. Which means for most of our clients the transition is something they do by carrying on, not a project they have to fund.
See exactly what changed, clause by clauseCertification usually stalls for one reason: nobody in the business has the time to run it as a project. So we run it. A standing weekly slot, and the plan lives in your app where your whole team can see what's done and what's next.
And accountability runs both ways. Every item has an owner — you or us — and a clock. Our overdue items show up in the same red, on the same list, as yours.
How the coaching worksWe learn the business — what you make, who you sell to, what's actually in the way.
We show you your own gaps against the standard before you spend a dollar with us.
Your org is set up, your team is invited, and the checklist starts living in your app.
Same time every week. What's done, what's next, what's blocking, who owns it.
Welder qualifications, inspection and test plans, manufacturing data reports, plant risk assessments. The things your business actually deals in are first-class here, not a custom field someone bolted on.
Some of what the standards ask for is half a day of paperwork. We'll tell you which parts those are so you spend your effort where it actually changes something.
Built here, supported here, and your data stays here. When you need someone on the phone, they're in your timezone and they know what a fabrication shop looks like.
A 30-minute demo, on your screen, using examples from your kind of shop. No slide deck and no obligation.
Documents, quality, safety, registers, governance and operations. The core of the platform, and the reason most clients come to us.
A fabricator chasing or holding ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 certification usually runs the system on spreadsheets, a shared drive and someone's memory. Documents get printed and go stale. Corrective actions die in an inbox. The evidence only gets assembled in the fortnight before the audit, by the one person who understands where any of it lives.
CompliHub makes the management system the thing the business runs on, so the audit evidence is a by-product of daily work rather than an annual project.
Everything here is in the product today, and included in your subscription.
Most process maps are drawn once for the auditor and never opened again, because changing one means redrawing it. Here you drag a shape and the map is updated — swimlanes, gates, hold points and witness points included, because in fabrication those mean genuinely different things.
Approve a version and it's locked and dated. Drill into a step to see the sub-process behind it. Link a step to the procedure, form or inspection it depends on, so the person following the map can open the document they need without going looking for it. Export it for the audit whenever you're asked.
And you don't start from a blank page. Enquiry to invoiced, estimating, design and drafting, fabrication, installation and project management all come drawn for a manufacturing business — edit them to match how you actually work rather than inventing them from scratch.
Drafts stay separate from published versions, so nobody works from a half-finished revision. Every change is logged automatically and can't be quietly overwritten. Read acknowledgements are captured by name and date, so when an auditor asks whether your people have seen the current procedure, you show them rather than argue.
The register of documents you're supposed to hold and the documents themselves are joined up, so the two can't drift apart. Nothing goes stale in the gap between the plan and the reality.
The hardest part of a management review is assembling it: pulling non-conformance figures, audit results, KPI performance, supplier evaluations and customer feedback out of five places the week before the meeting.
Here it's already assembled. You turn up to discuss the business rather than to build a pack about it, record what was decided, capture the sign-off, and the whole thing freezes as a dated record. Next year's auditor sees exactly what was in front of the room on the day.

Employee files, competency, training, leave, onboarding and offboarding, behind the strictest access control in the platform.
In a twenty-five to hundred-person fabrication business, HR lives in a filing cabinet and a spreadsheet. Licences and tickets expire unnoticed. Inductions happen but aren't evidenced. The training matrix an auditor asks for gets rebuilt by hand the week before.
HR Hub puts one record per person behind proper HR-grade access control, and makes competency expiry chase itself rather than waiting to be noticed.
Everything here is in the product today, and included in your subscription.
Pay, performance, medicals, disciplinary history — the reason HR still lives in a locked cabinet in a lot of businesses is that nobody trusts software to keep it private. This is the most tightly held data in the platform, restricted to the people whose job it is, and locked down at the data layer rather than by hiding a menu item. When someone leaves, their access is gone the moment you deactivate them.
Before they walk in, they've signed the contract, read and acknowledged the policies, uploaded their tickets with expiry dates and rated their own skills. Their induction is booked and their file is already complete.
The signature isn't a tick box either — it captures exactly what they agreed to and exactly which version they signed, so the record holds up if it's ever questioned.
Every licence, medical and competency is watched. The person's file flags before the date lands and the chase goes to whoever needs to act on it, so nobody discovers a lapsed forklift ticket during an incident investigation.
That's the difference between owning a training matrix and knowing your people are actually competent to do the work in front of them.

Because an owner who can see gross margin trend next to non-conformance rate makes better decisions than one who can see either alone.
Owners of manufacturing SMEs usually know their bank balance but not their gross margin trend. Their ISO quality objectives sit in a Word document nobody re-reads, and the monthly board pack gets rebuilt from scratch in PowerPoint every month.
Performance Hub turns goals, KPIs and the profit and loss into one live scorecard — and then has the Foreman write the read-out underneath it.
Everything here is in the product today, and included in your subscription.
If you've ever spent a morning rebuilding the same board pack in PowerPoint, this is the part that pays for the subscription on its own. One click produces a branded report covering financial performance, your objectives and KPIs, quality and safety, and who owes what — with a plain-English paragraph under each section explaining what the numbers are telling you.
Same format every month, so your board can compare like with like instead of learning a new layout each time.
Load your profit and loss and the financial measures on your scorecard update themselves. No parallel spreadsheet, no reconciling two versions of the same number, no month where the scorecard quietly stops being true because nobody had time to update it.
Budgets are kept separate from targets, because they're different questions — what you planned to spend isn't what you're aiming to achieve, and blurring the two is how a scorecard loses the room.
Because an owner who can see gross margin trend next to non-conformance rate makes better decisions than one who can only see either alone. Quality problems are expensive long before anyone calls them a quality problem, and this is where that shows up.
Performance Hub is included in the base platform subscription at no extra charge. See full pricing.

A manufacturing library to start from, a builder for your own courses, and certificates that track their own expiry.
ISO asks for evidenced competence and awareness. Generic learning platforms don't know anything about manufacturing, and they don't connect to your quality system — so the induction happens in one place, the procedure lives in another, and the evidence lives nowhere.
Academy Hub ships a manufacturing library, lets you build your own courses and pathways on top of it, and records completion where the rest of your compliance record already is.
Everything here is in the product today, and included in your subscription.
The problem with a generic training platform is that none of the content knows anything about manufacturing, so you either use material that doesn't fit or you build everything from scratch. Neither happens.
Here you start from a library written for manufacturing, take a pathway with one button, and change it to match how your business actually does the job — your terminology, your machines, your procedures. When we improve one of ours, you're told and you choose whether to take the change. Your version is never rewritten underneath you.
A lesson can point straight at the current approved procedure rather than a copy of it. Update the procedure and the training updates with it — no more inducting a new starter into last year's method because nobody remembered the course had a PDF stapled inside it.
This is the connection a standalone learning platform structurally cannot make, and it is the reason induction and awareness stop being an annual scramble.
Assign it, and the reminders chase without you. When the auditor asks how you know your people understand the quality policy, or when a customer asks what induction your crew received before they came on site, the answer is a report rather than a rummage through email.

A job board on your own site, a pipeline you can drag, a compliant talent pool — and a Place button that starts onboarding for you.
Trades hiring is the number one constraint on Australian manufacturing growth, and small fabricators pay agency fees for roles they could genuinely fill themselves — usually because the alternative is a spreadsheet of CVs in someone's downloads folder.
Recruit Hub gives you the board, the pipeline and the talent pool. Because it sits on the same platform as HR Hub, hiring someone actually finishes the job.
Everything here is in the product today, and included in your subscription.
This is the bit that only works because it's one platform. Press Place on a candidate and the system creates the employee record, sends the invitation, starts the onboarding checklist and the induction, marks the candidate placed and closes the role as filled. One click covers what is normally four systems and a fortnight of chasing.
Because it is. Applications are visible only to the people doing the hiring — not to the rest of the business, and not to the candidate's future colleagues. And when someone applies and misses out, you can keep them on file for next time without quietly breaching privacy law: the system prompts you to review and clear the pool before you've held anyone's details too long.
Categories are grouped as trades, production and warehouse and professional, technical and office. Never "blue collar" and "white collar". The screening-question builder flags wording that carries anti-discrimination risk before you publish it.
Recruit Hub is included in the base platform subscription at no extra charge. MGH's own recruitment service is a separate engagement. See full pricing.

Internal chat where a decision becomes a tracked action, and a cross-company room where you can ask someone who has already had your problem.
Running quality in a forty-person fabricator is a lonely job. There's usually nobody down the corridor to ask "the auditor flagged uncontrolled copies on the shop floor — what actually fixed it for you?"
Community Hub is a room full of other Australian manufacturers, with MGH answering in it. CollabHub is your own team's chat, sitting on top of your real registers.
Everything here is in the product today, and included in your subscription.
Fair question, and worth answering plainly. Because a decision made in chat here becomes a tracked action with a name and a due date, chased like everything else. A board card isn't a copy of an action — it is the action.
Teams can't do that. A screenshot pasted into a channel is not a record, and "we discussed it in the group chat" has never once satisfied an auditor.
And you'll never change that by asking harder. So he doesn't have to. He describes what happened the way he'd describe it to you — typed or spoken, hands dirty, in the middle of a job — and the proper record gets raised behind him, read back for confirmation, and assigned to whoever needs to act.
Some things aren't left to a machine, deliberately. If someone got hurt, it's always an incident, never a hazard. Whether an event is notifiable is a legal judgement, so a person makes it. A change nobody has approved never quietly starts work.
The result is that you hear about the near miss on the day, from the person who saw it — which is the whole point of a reporting culture, and the part no amount of software has ever bought anyone before.
Administrators cannot read direct messages. People stay attributed to what they said even after they leave, so the history stays true rather than being quietly rewritten. Your team can talk openly, which is the only condition under which any of this works.
Both are included in the base platform subscription. They are switched on per organisation — ask us during onboarding. See full pricing.

Tender management, bid tracking and a proposal builder — with AI that reads the pack and matches it against your own management system.
A fabricator loses tenders on compliance, not price. A missed insurance requirement, an unanswered clause, a deadline nobody diarised. Meanwhile the effort of reading a two-hundred-page pack properly means half the opportunities never get assessed at all.
Tender Hub reads the pack for you and tells you what your management system can already evidence.
Everything here is in the product today.
A missed insurance requirement. An unanswered clause about traceability. A deadline nobody diarised. The work was winnable and the price was right — the submission just wasn't complete.
The other half of the problem is quieter: reading a two-hundred-page pack properly takes a day nobody has, so half your opportunities never get assessed at all, and you find out too late which ones you should have chased.
Upload the pack and get back a plain read of what the client actually wants — not just the words, but the drawings, schedules and response forms, where the real requirements usually hide. What has to be submitted, what has to be evidenced, and by when.
This is the part nothing else can do, and it only works because it is one platform. Tender Hub compares what the tender is asking for against what you can already evidence — your certification, your welder qualifications, your safe work method statements, your supplier evaluations — and tells you what is genuinely missing.
So the bid decision stops being a gut call made under time pressure. You chase the work you can win, and stop burning weekends on the work you can't.
Tender Hub is the platform's one add-on: A$99 a month including ten tenders, then A$15 per tender after that. A quiet month costs you nothing extra. See full pricing.

ISO 14001:2026 published in April. ISO 9001:2026 publishes in September 2026. You have three years to transition — and the new requirements are the ones your current QMS software has nowhere to put.
Transition deadline 15 April 2029. Life-cycle perspective, abnormal and start-up conditions, biodiversity, pollution and resource availability in your context.
FDIS issued June 2026. Transition runs roughly to September 2029; first certificates to the new standard expected around August 2027.
Publication expected 2027. Our advice: do not restructure against it yet. Wait for the published text.
Five of them are half a day of paperwork. The other six are the ones that need somewhere structural to live — and that is exactly where most QMS products have nothing to offer, because the category was built against the 2015 standard.
| Clause | What changed | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| 4.1 / 4.2 | Climate change moves from the 2024 amendment into the standard itself. | You must determine whether climate change is relevant to your context and document a defensible conclusion. Interested parties can impose climate requirements on you. |
| 5.1.1 | Quality culture and ethical behaviour — top management must promote and demonstrate it. | The biggest philosophical shift in the revision. It asks for evidence of leadership behaviour, not just a signed policy. |
| 5.2 | Quality policy must account for context and support strategic direction. | The generic one-page policy off the internet stops being sufficient. |
| 6.1.1–6.1.3 | Risks and opportunities split into separate sub-clauses with different methods. | Opportunities get assessed on viability, capability and return — not probability × consequence. Your risk register can no longer double as your opportunity register. |
| 6.3 | Planning of changes reinforced. | Assess before implementing, and keep the record of the assessment. |
| 7.1.4 | Work environment expands to social and psychological factors. | Psychosocial hazards become a quality-system matter, not only a safety one. |
| 7.1.6 | Organisational knowledge actively managed and validated, including automation and human override. | What your best fabricator knows has to stop being a retirement risk. |
| 7.3 | Awareness extends to culture, ethics and the authority to stop the job. | People must know they can stop work — and be able to show they were told. |
| 7.5 | Documented information goes properly digital. | Real workflow, immutable history, and protection from unauthorised modification. A shared drive will not clear this bar. |
| 8.1 / 8.5 | Oversight, validation and change control of AI and automated systems affecting quality. | If software or automation touches your product quality, it needs the same discipline as a machine. |
| Annex A | The first-ever annex — around fifteen pages of interpretation guidance. Clause 3 brings terms in-standard. | Less room for an auditor and a consultant to disagree about what a clause means. |
Based on the FDIS and published ISO 14001:2026 text. Clause detail for ISO 9001:2026 is subject to the published standard; we will correct anything that differs, in writing.
Climate, psychosocial factors, opportunities, organisational knowledge — the changes with nowhere to sit in a document-control product are the ones we've built properly. You transition by using the system, not by starting a project.
| What's being asked | How you'll answer it |
|---|---|
| Climate change | Record your climate determination where your context already lives, and flag the risks and hazards it touches. A defensible conclusion, not a scramble. |
| Environmental context | Biodiversity, pollution and resource availability sit alongside everything else you already consider. |
| Risk over time | Every change in a risk score is kept, so you can show an auditor how a risk actually moved rather than asserting that it did. |
| Opportunities | Assessed on their own terms — is it worth doing, can we do it, what do we get — and decided: pursue, hold or decline. |
| Psychosocial hazards | Reported and controlled like any other hazard, with the confidentiality these reports need built in. |
| Organisational knowledge | What your best people know gets captured at the moment it surfaces — when a problem is solved — instead of walking out the door with them. |
| Competence | Tickets and competencies chase their own expiry, so "evidence of competence" is a report rather than a fortnight of chasing. |
| Documented information | Drafts separate from approved versions, every change logged, read acknowledgements by name and date. |
| Suppliers | Evaluated against the criteria that matter to you, environmental performance included, and scored consistently. |
| Monitoring | Recurring inspections and checks that actually recur, without anyone remembering to raise them. |
| Management review | The 2026 inputs are already in the pack, assembled for you and frozen as a dated record. |
| Life cycle | Life-cycle stages tagged with a coverage view, plus abnormal and start-up conditions. |
"We put our own system through the new standard before we asked anyone else to."
Book a session and we'll produce a clause-by-clause gap list against ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 14001:2026 for your management system. It's written down, it's yours to keep, and there's no obligation attached to it.
Half an hour, your management system, and a straight answer about what matters and what doesn't.
Software alone won't get you certified. Run a standing weekly slot with us and watch the work close out inside your own app, week by week, until you're through the audit.
Certification fails for one reason more than any other: nobody in the business has the time to run it as a project. So we run it. Each week we work through what's done, what's next, what's blocking and who owns it — and the momentum comes from the standing slot rather than from your good intentions.
Admin is done inside the session and never billed separately. If extra time is genuinely needed we agree it in writing first, so there are no surprise invoices off a verbal nod.
Both include a platform subscription. There is no separate set-up fee — the implementation work happens inside your weekly session.
We learn the business. What you make, who you sell to, what certification you actually need and why, and what's genuinely in the way.
We show you your own gaps — where you stand against the standard right now, and exactly how we'd close each one. Most people call this the most useful hour of the process, and you keep the gap list either way.
Your organisation is set up, your team is invited, and the plan starts living in your app where everyone can see it.
No session beyond the onboarding call proceeds until you're signed up with an active subscription. It keeps the engagement honest on both sides.
The plan lives in your app, not in our filing cabinet. Everyone can see what's done, what's next, and who it's waiting on — including when the answer is us.
A stage is signed off only once everything in it is genuinely closed. Certification dates create pressure to skip things; this quietly removes the option.
Every item belongs to a named person and starts a clock the moment it lands with them. Work stops disappearing into the space between two people who each thought the other had it.
Our overdue items show up in the same red, on the same list, as yours. You can see our performance as clearly as we can see yours — which is the only fair way to run this.
Your items land in your normal actions list and get chased like everything else, so certification work doesn't need a separate system or a separate reminder from us.
If something stalls too long it escalates — to your executive on your side, and to our director on ours. You hear about a problem while it's still small.
You don't have to wait for the weekly meeting. Ask the Foreman what's outstanding and it tells you the progress, the next stage, and what's sitting with whom.
The worst version of this conversation is the one that happens the week after your audit, when nobody has thought about what happens next. We raise it early on purpose.
You'll leave with a written gap list against your target standard, whether or not you go any further with us.

No. It's priced per organisation, with unlimited users. Charging per head punishes you for putting the shop floor on the system, which is exactly where a management system needs to reach. Put everyone on it.
You can just buy the software, and plenty of clients do — usually ones who already hold certification and want to stop running it on spreadsheets. If you're going for certification for the first time, be honest with yourself about whether anyone in the building has the time and the experience to run it as a project. That's what the coaching is for.
It's yours. Documents, registers and records export, and the organisation lifecycle runs deactivate → 30-day hold → purge, so there's a window to change your mind and a defined end to the retention.
In Sydney, on Australian infrastructure — your records don't leave the country, which is increasingly what your own customers ask you to confirm. Access is controlled per person and per module, your files are never publicly reachable, and no other business on the platform can reach your data. Happy to send our security documentation if you need it for a supplier evaluation.
Yes. Contacts and invoices flow through, payment status comes back, and your profit and loss can feed Performance Hub directly so your scorecard stays current without anyone re-keying it. Microsoft 365 email and calendar connect too.
No. There are no fees beyond the prices on this page. If you're getting certified, the implementation work is the coaching — A$375 or A$750 a week — and it's done inside your weekly session rather than billed as a separate project.
A$99 a month, which includes ten tenders. Beyond that it's A$15 per tender, so a quiet month costs you nothing extra and a busy one only costs you when you're actually bidding.
Tell us where you're up to — certified, chasing it, or thinking about it — and we'll tell you straight.
We'll show the platform running on a realistic manufacturing business — not a slide deck — and tell you honestly whether it's the right fit for where you're up to.
Choose a slot from the calendar. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder, and you can reschedule yourself if something comes up on site.
Thirty minutes on screen share, using examples from your kind of shop. Bring whoever will end up using it — and your IT person if you have one.
If you're facing the ISO 2026 transition, we'll produce a clause-by-clause gap assessment for your management system. It's free and it's yours to keep.
Email [email protected] and tell us roughly where you're up to — we'll come back to you.
No obligation, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
